Stanford Conferences summer season runs from mid June through late August and provides four housing and dining packages for participants:

Munger Residential Package

Housing package options at the Munger Graduate Residence

 

  • Air-conditioned apartment with private bath, Internet access
  • Hair dryers, clock radios, desk lamps, iron & ironing board, luggage rack
  • Kitchenette with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and built-in microwave
  • Bed and bath linens  
  • Weekly housekeeping
  • Lounge areas for small group gatherings
  • Housing service center open daily; 24/7 on-call service staff
  • Complimentary laundry facilities
  • Three daily meals

EVGR Residential Package

Housing package options in EVGR-A and EVGR-B Apartments

 

  • Private or shared bedroom with private bathroom and walk-in shower; Internet access
  • Kitchenette with a refrigerator, and stove. (EVGR-A is equipped with a microwave instead of a stove.)  
  • Hair dryer, iron & ironing board, luggage rack*
  • Bed and bath linens*
  • Community and Huddle Rooms for small group gatherings*
  • Fitness and Wellness Room*
  • Weekly housekeeping
  • Housing Service Center open daily; 24/7 on-call service staff
  • Complimentary laundry facilities
  • Three daily meals

Undergraduate Residential Package

Summer housing options include residence halls, row houses, and theme houses 

  • Single and shared occupancy rooms with common bathrooms, Internet access
  • Furnishings include XL twin-sized bed, dresser, desk and chair
  • Bed and bath linens (provided upon prior arrangement)
  • Weekly housekeeping
  • Lounge area and common kitchenette for residents' use*
  • Nearby housing service center open daily; 24/7 on-call service staff
  • Complimentary laundry facilities

  • Three daily meals

Stanford Guest House
