Although Stanford Conferences’ main focus is on residential conferences and camps, Stanford Conferences also offers housing for non-students that will be at Stanford over the summer but will not be attending a housed conference. Housing will also be available for Stanford graduate students who need temporary housing at the end of the summer. Graduate students can apply for Interim Grad Housing - Pre-Autumn when application opens in July.
Housing for Non-Student Summer Visitors
For non-student summer visitors ages 18 and older, Stanford Conferences offers private studio apartments, small apartments or private rooms in shared apartments located on campus within the graduate student housing communities. Short-term housing (1-night minimum) and long-term housing (14-day minimum) are available. Review the steps for applying, along with three signed documents that you need to submit with your application.
Due to the shortage of housing this summer, we will not be able to confirm most reservations until late May or early June, and we will be unable to house visitors under the age of 18.
