Individual Summer Housing 2016
Although Stanford Conferences’ main focus is on residential conferences and camps, Stanford Conferences also offers housing for non-student individuals that will be at Stanford over the summer but will not be attending a housed conference. Housing is also available for Stanford graduate students who need temporary housing at the end of the summer.
Housing for Non-Student Summer Visitors is available from June 18 through August 14, 2016
For non-student summer visitors ages 18 and older, Stanford Conferences offers 2-bedroom couple/family apartments and private rooms in shared 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. The housing is located on campus within the Escondido Village apartment community and at an apartment complex near campus. There is a 21-night (three week) minimum stay and there is very limited housing available this summer. An application processing fee (amount not yet verified for 2016) will be collected at check-in. Before applying, you will need to download, print, sign, scan, and save a liability waiver and a Policies and Services document. You will also need to upload your written proof of Stanford affiliation onto the application.
Due to the shortage of housing this summer, we will not be able to confirm most reservations until mid-May, and will be unable to house visitors under the age of 18.
