Please be aware that this housing does not offer the amenities of a hotel. Private rooms have access to shared bathrooms located on the same floor or wing.
- Wifi, utilities and use of laundry facilities are included in the nightly fees.
- Smoking is not allowed in any building or within 30 feet of any building entrance.
- No pets are allowed, even for a visit.
- Depending on the location, summer guests can enjoy amenities such as common lounge areas, picnic areas, and fitness centers (free or available on a fee basis).
GUEST POLICY
- Overnight guests are not allowed in the Stanford PREP residence, and they are not permitted in the residence during quiet hours. Quiet hours are between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. on weeknights (Sunday through Thursday) and between 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on weekends (Friday and Saturday).
Any guest who stays overnight is deemed an unauthorized occupant, and you will be subject to unauthorized occupancy charges, which are $225/ day. You are responsible for ensuring that your guests depart before quiet hours begin and for their compliance with this guest policy.
Stanford PREP Intern Housing is in a dorm-style residence located in an undergraduate housing facility. Custodial staff provide daily cleaning of common areas around the residence.
PREP Interns are welcome to use the laundry facilities located on the premises free of charge. Linen packs for the duration of your summer stay are available for rent and can be laundered weekly.
Check-In and Check-Out Times:
Check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. seven days a week. An after-hours service team will assist check-ins after office hours. When you receive confirmation of your reservation, please read the detailed information on check-in, as your check-in details may vary by time of day and day of the week. Check-out time is by 11:00 a.m. If you are checking out while offices are closed, please arrange in advance with your Housing Service Center.
Payments:
Accommodations require pre-payment in full prior to check-in via the Eventbrite platform. MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are accepted online via a secure payment portal. PTAs and Cost Centers are also accepted.
Lost Key and/or Fob Fees: Guests are required to accept liability for misplaced keys. If keys are not returned at check-out, guests will be charged for the cost of rekeying the room or the replacement of a building access fob. For security purposes, locks to rooms will be changed immediately once a key has been reported lost and/or after check-out if the key is not returned.
Packages: Your Housing Service Center assigned to this residence cannot accept packages or mail. Please visit the USPS Office on campus to purchase a PO Box.
