STUDENT POSITIONS         

Coordinator Assistant  

FULL TIME

 

  •  provides administrative and general office support to conference account managers and coordinators
  • must be familiar with conference client activities to deliver exceptional customer service
  • may act as back-up to conference account managers, coordinators, and full-time staff
  • monitors auditoriums during conference events, checks on classroom usage and communicates with building managers
  • starts April with up to 6 hours of work per week and turns into a full-time role in June
  • must be able to work both Spring & Summer Quarters

Financial Assistant  

FULL TIME

  • acts as liaison and auditor with respect to all financial processes for conference front desks
  • works with finance team to handle billing folders and client billing for the main office
  • maintains inventory of parking permits and performs profit and loss statements for parking permits

Front Desk Assistant  

FULL TIME

  • works with conference account managers, coordinators, and associates to assist with roster preparations for clients and the conference front desks
  • assists with work order processes, service requests and client mailings
  • provides general administrative support to office staff

Conference Relations Assistant  

PART TIME

  • provides administrative and general office support to conference account managers and coordinators
  • monitors auditoriums during conference events, checks on classroom usage and communicates with building managers
  • provides front desk and general office support in the Stanford Conferences main office on an as-needed basis
