R&DE EMPLOYEE MEAL PLAN
As a Stanford R&DE student employee, you can purchase a discounted meal plan.
Breakfast - $6.00 plus tax Lunch - $7.09 plus tax Dinner $8.18 plus tax
Accepted at Lakeside Dining and Arrillaga Family Dining Commons during the Summer quarter.
Your R&DE Employee Meal Plan will end and your Student Meal Plan will begin at the start of the Fall quarter.

Coordinator Assistant
FULL TIME
- provides administrative and general office support to conference account managers and coordinators
- must be familiar with conference client activities to deliver exceptional customer service
- may act as back-up to conference account managers, coordinators, and full-time staff
- monitors auditoriums during conference events, checks on classroom usage and communicates with building managers
- starts April with up to 6 hours of work per week and turns into a full-time role in June
- must be able to work both Spring & Summer Quarters

Service Center Assistant
FULL TIME
- works with conference account managers, coordinators, and associates to assist with roster preparations for clients and the service centers
- assists with work order processes, service requests and client mailings
- provides general administrative support to office staff

Conference Relations Assistant
FULL TIME
- provides administrative and general office support to conference account managers and coordinators
- monitors auditoriums during conference events, checks on classroom usage and communicates with building managers
- provides front desk and general office support in the Stanford Conferences main office on an "as-needed" basis

Conference Field Assistant
FULL TIME / PART TIME
- responsible for general office duties in their assigned service center
- prepares conference arrivals and departures, assists clients, data entry work, and other tasks as needed
- posted either at the service center or other campus locations, and other duties as assigned

Service Center Lead
FULL TIME
- oversees staffing, training, customer service, and finances of their service center
- assists in interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising service center assistants
- part of a supervisor team in the service center that coordinates operations, and reports to the Service Center Supervisor, a full-time staff member of Student Housing Operations & Stanford Conferences

Conference Field Student Supervisors
FULL TIME
- responsible for the training and supervision of the Field Conference Assistants
- organizes weekly schedules, coordinates check-in/out site logistics, and provides support to the Field CAs during shifts
- works with supervisor to manage payroll, meet operational deadlines, schedule, and manage on-call staffing, and any other operational issues
