Summer Conferences Update

Dear Stanford Conferences Clients,

We hope this email finds you and your loved ones well.

We are reaching out to relay an important update in regards to impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Stanford summer conferences. In order to minimize the ongoing risk to the health and safety of the campus and community at large, the Provost recently shared the decision to cancel all summer residential programs, including conferences and camps. We know this decision will cause significant change to your summer programming and to the groups you serve, but we are confident that the decision was a wise and necessary one in the face of such a fluid and uncertain situation. For additional information about the Provost’s update, please visit:

As the Stanford Conferences team begins to regroup and look beyond this coming summer, we will remain optimistic. University leadership is now shifting focus to the 2020-21 academic year, and we will have a better idea about Summer 2021 over the next few months. As we learn more, we will be reaching out again to share any updates with you.

We thank you for your partnership and support during this difficult time. In the months ahead, we will continue to communicate and look forward to working with you on our mutual endeavors. Please be certain to reach out to any of us at Stanford Conferences to update us on any developments on your end that you would like to share.
On behalf of the entire Stanford Conferences team, please accept our best wishes for good health to you and yours throughout the days ahead.
