Gerhard Casper Dining Commons

Manzanita Dining Hall

With its renovation in 2015, Gerhard Casper Dining offers fantastic grilled items, frozen yogurt, signature salads, and daily pizza offerings. Gerhard Casper Dining Commons serves the Kimball, Lantana and Castaño residences. With its large, vaulted-ceiling dining rooms and circular tables, it's one of the most conversationally conducive dining facilities on campus. The spacious hardwood stage area allows the hall to frequently double as a performance venue for small to medium student groups.
