R&DE Stanford Dining continues to adapt our operations in response to the latest COVID-19 guidance and regulations from the University and Santa Clara County and to focus primarily on the health, security, safety and well-being of our students who are on campus, and that of the dedicated Residential & Dining Enterprises (R&DE) Stanford Dining staff. Winter Closure / Reopening: Lakeside Dining will close after dinner on Friday, December 10, 2021 and reopen for brunch on Saturday, January 1, 2022.

Lunch: 11:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Dinner: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Saturday - Sunday
Brunch: 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Red Skillet Kitchen @ Lakeside Dining inspired by Tanya Holland

Monday – Friday at Lunch

Chef Tanya Holland of Oakland’s Brown Sugar Kitchen and Bravo Top Chef alum brings her inventive take on modern soul food to Red Skillet Kitchen at Arrillaga Family Dining Commons. Students can enjoy Tanya's interpretations of soul food starring southern classics such as chicken and waffles, smoked meats, grits and greens along with a diversity of cuisine from Africa and the Caribbean.
