241 Curtner Avenue
241 Curtner Avenue apartments are available as a full-year option for single graduate students and couples without children. Single graduate students are assigned to two-bedroom apartments. Couples without children are assigned to one-bedroom apartments. Both options are furnished by the university.
241 Curtner Avenue is located in Palo Alto, just one block away from El Camino Real. This small complex has a serene pool with lounge chairs, and a courtyard with a picnic table, tucked away from the street. Residents can easily walk to the shops and restaurants that line El Camino Real. A Caltrain station is not too far away, and public transportation by bus can be found on El Camino Real.
Stanford provides high speed internet through Comcast and covers the cost of utilities. Stanford does not provide cable television or telephone.
Sublicensing is not permitted within off-campus subsidized apartments.
