825 Menlo Apartments
825 Menlo Apartments are available as a full-year option for single graduate students and couples without children. Single graduate students are assigned to two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. Couples without children are assigned to one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments. All apartments are furnished by the university.
825 Menlo is a medium-sized building located in downtown Menlo Park, within biking distance to campus via the bike bridge on San Mateo Drive. 825 Menlo is very close to downtown shops and restaurants, including Draeger’s Market, Trader Joe’s, Walgreens, Peet’s Coffee and Starbucks, cafés and restaurants. The building was completely renovated in 2016 and includes stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans, laminate plank flooring, and new cabinetry. It has a small swimming pool and off-street parking (one assigned space per apartment).
Stanford provides high speed internet through Comcast and covers the cost of utilities. Stanford does not provide cable television, telephone, or cost of laundry.
Sublicensing is not permitted within off-campus subsidized apartments.
