There are approximately 6,500 spaces in graduate student housing on-campus housing and about 650 spaces in subsidized off-campus apartments.

2025-26 First Round Spring Quarter Assignment Results

Overall First-Round Spring Quarter Statistics

In the 2025-26 first round of the Graduate Housing spring assignments, there were a total of 125 students who applied for Graduate Housing. After the first round, there were a total of 24 unassigned students who limited their preferences (2 new students with high priority, 10 continuing doctoral students with medium priority, 4 continuing students without priority, and 8 non-matriculated students).
