There are approximately 6,500 spaces in graduate student housing on-campus housing and about 650 spaces in subsidized off-campus apartments.

2026-27 Second Round Autumn Quarter Assignment Results

Overall Second-Round Lottery Statistics

In the second-round 2026-27 Lottery, there were a total of 498 students who applied for Graduate Housing and 548 who applied for reassignment. After the second round, there were a total of 252 unassigned students (21 new students, 67 continuing doctoral students with medium priority, 111 continuing students with low priority and 53 continuing students without priority years).
