Laurel Grove Apartments are available as a full-year option for single graduate students. Furnished by the university, the two-bedroom apartments house two students and the three-bedroom apartments house three students.
Located in Menlo Park, a Tree City USA community, and with lush Mediterranean landscaping of its own, Laurel Grove Apartments offers a delightful setting on a tree-lined street. Conveniently located, with easy access to Caltrain and Highway 101, Laurel Grove is convenient to San Francisco, San Jose or any Silicon Valley location in between.
At Laurel Grove, enjoy the sparkling community swimming pool and beautiful interior courtyard, a perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy week. You're only a block away from downtown Menlo Park, where you can find a diverse selection of places to eat and shop.
The spacious two- or three-bedroom floor plans offer outstanding attention to detail. Interior appointments include granite kitchen counters and stainless steel appliances. Stanford provides high speed internet through Comcast and covers the cost of utilities. Stanford does not provide cable television, telephone, or cost of laundry.
