EVGR-A Duan Family Hall
EVGR-A Duan Family Hall is a 10-story building, with wings ranging from six to 10 stories high. EVGR opened in 2020 and features a design that reflects the distinct style and attributes of many of Stanford’s most beloved buildings. During the 2026-27 academic year, Duan Family Hall will mainly house undergraduates on the bottom floors and graduate students on the upper floors. There may be a floor or two that are a mixture of undergraduate students and graduate students.

Sustainability
In support of the university’s zero-waste goals, this residences is equipped with a multi-stream collection system: organics; paper recycling; cardboard recycling; plastics, metals and glass recycling; and landfill. Sorting waste increases its reuse value. We encourage students to participate in this and other Cardinal Green practices.

In order to control the flow of students and adhere to physical distancing guidelines, students will be assigned to a specific dining location based on their housing assignment.
