Sand Hill Place
Sand Hill Place apartments are available as full-year options for single graduate students and couples without children. Single graduate students are assigned to two-bedroom apartments and couples without children are assigned to one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Both options are furnished by the university.
Sand Hill Place has a swimming pool and off-street parking. The complex is located one mile east of Highway 280 in Menlo Park, very close to the Sharon Heights shopping center, which offers a grocery store, drug store, bakery, coffee shop, and café. It provides easy access via Sand Hill Road to Highway 280, the Stanford Medical Center, and the Stanford Shopping Center.
Stanford provides high speed internet through Comcast and covers the cost of utilities. Stanford does not provide cable television, telephone, or cost of laundry.
Sublicensing is not permitted within off-campus subsidized apartments.
