Stanford Villa Apartments are available as a full-year option for single graduate students and couples without children. Single graduate students are assigned to two-bedroom apartments. Couples without children are assigned to one-bedroom apartments. Both options are furnished by the university.  

Stanford Villa Apartments is a 209-unit complex which has green open spaces, three pools, laundry facilities, a sauna, an exercise room, and elevators in some buildings. The apartments are spacious and have carpet and laminate flooring throughout.  A Starbucks and Grocery Outlet are right next door to the complex.

Stanford provides high speed internet through Comcast and covers the cost of utilities. Stanford does not provide cable television, telephone, or cost of laundry.

Sublicensing is not permitted within off-campus subsidized apartments.
