17th Annual Cardinal Cook-off

Stanford's Iron Chef-style competition will take place on the top floor of Arrillaga Family Dining Commons on Thursday, Jan. 23, 2019 from 5-7 p.m. After practicing with an R&DE mentor chef for several weeks, four teams of two students will race to cook and plate their signature dish using this year's two featured ingredients, head-on Gulf shrimp and whole Brussels sprouts.
