Bean to Bar Chocolate Tasting with TCHO

Noon to 1PM Students are invited to attend this special event with local premier chocolate maker TCHO. Along with tastings of artisanal chocolate, TCHO representatives will discuss the art of chocolate making, technology used in making artisanal chocolate, innovations in cacao sustainability and the sourcing of cacao beans from bean to bar.
