- Tuesday, May 21 from 5 - 8:30 p.m: Papa Joe's Pizza Pop-Up - Ricker Dining featuring Guest Chef Joe Guinto of Gerhard Dining, Branner Dining and High Performance Dining. On the menu: The Farm PIzza with charred spring vegetables, smoked mozzarella and San Marzano tomato sauce.
- Tuesday, May 28 from 5 - 8:30 p.m: Stern Dining featuring Guest Chef Erica Holland-Toll of Arrillaga Family Dining Commons & Stanford Flavor Lab. On the menu: Temaki Roll with wild Oregon bay shrimp or miso-marinated tofu, pickled pea shoots, cucumber, avocado and toasted nori.
