Celebrate Juneteenth with R&DE

This June, we’ll be bringing you traditional flavors from the Black diaspora and fun, educational events:

June 22: Attend a 30-minute Live Online Cooking Session from 1:00-1:30 p.m. hosted by R&DE Executive Chefs Terry Braggs, Dillon Campbell and William Montagne. Learn how to prepare three traditional dishes at home: Jerk Chicken, Crawfish Mac ‘n Cheese and Collard Greens. June 23: Attend an In-person Cooking Conversation at Cardinal Brew from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Meet Executive Chefs William Montagne (Stanford Hospitality), Terry Braggs and Dillon Campbell (Stanford Dining) as they share the origin and cultural significance of featured dishes, as well as preparation techniques and tastings.
