R&DE Stanford Dining, Hospitality & Auxiliaries’ team is Stanford’s premier event resource – your exclusive on-campus experts for all catering and event needs, which is exactly what makes our teams so unique. Our highly experienced event planners and award-winning culinary staff have intimate knowledge of the Stanford campus and valued partnerships with Stanford facilities and on-campus partners.

Some of our operations offer spaces for reservation and others will bring the catering and event set-up to wherever you are on campus. While each catering operation has their own menu, one thing is guaranteed: high quality and seasonal items remain at the forefront. We proudly partner with local farms, including Stanford’s own O’Donohue Family Stanford Educational Farm, to keep our menus inspired, sustainable and most importantly, delicious. R&DE is a leader of sustainability efforts on campus – from the responsible and humane sourcing of our food to our energy-efficient residences and dining locations and our commitment towards zero-waste events. Stanford Hospitality has partnered with Sustainable Stanford to ensure our catering not only meets but exceeds the university’s Cardinal Green standards. We emphasize best practices in water conservation, minimizing resources and waste, and using local resources for food and services.


Proceeds from R&DE catering help offset increases in room and board, and support student programs.
