
To students, faculty, and staff,
During this extraordinary time, our primary focus is on the health and well-being of our students, the dedicated staff at Residential & Dining Enterprises (R&DE) Stanford Hospitality & Auxiliaries and the greater university community.
We continue to adhere to state, county and university requirements and I would like to update you on the measures R&DE is taking to maintain essential services to Stanford students while also following the CDC-recommended guidelines.
For some time, we have proactively implemented enhanced cleaning, disinfecting and safety procedures and additional protocols in all of our retail cafés, catering spaces, concessions venues and at The Stanford Guest House. The University continues to collaborate with external and internal subject matter experts on ensuring that all possible precautions are being taken to manage the spread of COVID-19. In addition, our staff receive daily reminders and training about the steps they must take as well.
While we continue to work to provide high quality food and service the university community has come to expect, we do so with adjustments to our schedule and locations that acknowledge the reduced campus population while supporting social distancing protocols. We invite Stanford students, faculty and staff to purchase meals from the Axe & Palm, Coffee Bar @ the Clark Center and EVGR Pub & Beer Garden as well as groceries, ready-to-eat meals and sundries from the Market at Munger and EVGR Marketplace. In addition, the following modifications have been made:

- We continue to provide catering services on a limited basis for essential meeting needs on campus; we welcome inquiries regarding future event space and catering services. - Stanford Concessions locations are serving a limited number of athletic events.
