Through proactive risk management, resource conservation, and operational excellence, we support Stanford Residential & Dining Enterprises (R&DE) long-term sustainability and safety goals. Our experts ensure compliance, preparedness, and efficiency across key areas, including security, emergency preparedness, fleet management, safety, sustainability, and technical training.

  • CARE Officer Program – Trained officers conduct security rounds, respond to incidents, and provide on-site support to strengthen safety and awareness.
  • Building Security Inspections – Routine assessments identify vulnerabilities, reinforce access controls, and ensure compliance.
  • Community Engagement – Collaborating with residential staff and students through education, emergency preparedness, and safety planning.

Mobility & Asset Management

The Fleet and Property Administration team manages R&DE’s diverse vehicles and assets, ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and compliance to support daily operations.

  • Fleet Management – Supporting University sustainability goals by integrating electric and fuel-efficient vehicles and reducing emissions.
  • Capital Asset Oversight – Managing and updating the capital assets database through regular audits to ensure accuracy, accountability, and compliance.
  • Risk & Compliance – Reviewing, processing, and facilitating fleet and property claims to ensure efficient resolution while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Through proactive management and oversight, the team keeps R&DE operations smooth, sustainable, and compliant.

Building Skills, Ensuring Safety

The Technical Training & Development Program ensures MCP staff receive essential safety, technical, and professional development training to maintain compliance and enhance skillsets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Safety & Compliance Training – Scheduling OSHA-required safety courses and ensuring compliance through STARS reporting.
  • Certifications & Emergency Preparedness – Offering certification programs, including First Aid, CPR, and AED training.
  • Technical Skills Development – Providing specialized training programs to enhance MCP’s technical expertise and operational efficiency.
