MCP Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging
Dr. Michael VanFossen created the MCP Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Advisory Committee in the summer of 2021 in support of the mission, vision, and core values of Residential & Dining Enterprises (R&DE) at Stanford University. This committee includes diverse representatives from all functional teams at MCP and provides strategic and programmatic perspective, context, and recommendations to MCP leadership to ensure all members of our staff are valued, respected, and supported. This group serves as an important voice for all Bargaining Unit, Exempt and Non-Exempt staff in matters related to DEIB as well as other perspectives that can have a profound and positive impact on the culture and practices of MCP.
