PROGRAMS

The Stanford Food Institute's programs focus on many areas of the food system, from food education, research, and flavor innovation to sustainable food practices, and sourcing.

SFI's work begins with the university and our collaborators across the seven schools and extends to the greater food production and distribution system, building a community of people working toward a more just and sustainable future.
