Stanford Conferences Team (Summer Positions)
Every summer, R&DE Stanford Conferences welcomes over 6,000 guests to the Stanford campus for residential adult and youth programs. Join this dynamic team supporting youth academic and athletic camp participants, college student interns, adult conference attendees and families as they experience Cardinal life for the summer. Student full time and part time positions may include: Conference Field Lead, Conference Relations Assistant, Service Center Lead and Coordinator Assistant. You may even qualify for free summer housing!

Student Dining Worker
R&DE Stanford Dining, Hospitality & Auxiliaries (SDHA) prides itself on providing not only high-quality and nutritious cuisine to meet the wide variety of dietary needs, but a range of opportunities for students to get directly involved. Join our team and enhance the dining experience at Stanford!
We offer flexible schedules and minimal shifts (1-3 hour shifts available) that work around your school schedule, day or night.
Student Housing Worker
R&DE Housing Service Centers are students’ one-stop shop for housing answers and assistance. Join our friendly and knowledgeable team providing customer service to students, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities may include general administrative tasks, answering phone calls and questions, greeting walk-ins, providing lock-out and check-in/out assistance, proofreading documents, organizing and auditing keys and building access cards, and more. Work up to 15 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, typically during lunch hours or as needed. Some weekend hours may be available.
Student Connect Team

R&DE Sustainability Internships
Apply your passion for the planet through paid R&DE Sustainability Internships that allow you to gain experience and drive real change on campus.
As an intern, you’ll collaborate with Stanford staff while developing valuable professional skills. Interns will engage in impactful projects that promote resource conservation, energy efficiency, and sustainable operations within R&DE. From advancing water and energy-saving initiatives to optimizing facility usage and supporting eco-friendly programs, interns play a key role in driving sustainability efforts across R&DE.
