Mail and Packages
Please note that Housing Front Desks do not accept any US Postal Service mail or package deliveries for residents.
Undergraduate Housing residents address all mail and packages to their U.S.P.S. post office box. Packages sent via other carriers will typically be delivered to the Undergraduate Package Center operated by FedEx Office on the first floor of Tresidder Memorial Union. Please see Mail and Deliveries for details. The most notable exceptions to the above are that Row residents may opt to have mail and packages delivered to their houses and that FedEx requires use of a different send-to address and pick-up location.
For Lockout Assistance during regular business hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., contact your Housing Front Desk.

After-Hours Lockout Fees
- First occurrence: Free
- Second and subsequent occurrence: $45
Emergency Maintenance Assistance
If you are experiencing safety or facilities issues such as broken plumbing, power outage, inability to secure a locking door, broken window/glass, etc. that require emergency maintenance or that occur outside of regular Front Desk business hours, call: (650) 725-1602.
For non-emergency maintenance requests, please submit a fix-it request.
