Meeting Room Reservation Request Form

Reservation requests will take 2 working days to process. If you have questions or experience any problems, please email gradcenter@stanford.edu.

Events in the Havana Room must end one hour before reserved period to allow for clean up, i.e., Sunday-Thursday events end at 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday events end at midnight.
