Single Graduate Housing

All single students who applied for graduate housing by the May Lottery deadline were assigned a random application number from 0001 to 3500. Students who applied after the Lottery deadline are assigned a sequential number based on the date they apply. (Current students living in Single Graduate Student Housing who renewed their housing contracts did not receive application numbers.) Students who requested to be in a group were given a common number.

All single students who listed all the housing options, including off-campus, subsidized options, on their applications were assigned housing. Students who did not list all the housing options and are still unassigned should apply for the next round of Rolling Assignments and expand their preferences. There are unfilled vacancies in the off-campus,subsidized housing apartments and we will continue to receive additional vacancies in all the housing options.

Munger, the GSB Residences, the off-campus, subsidized housing and premium studios (for single students) are not automatically assigned out of the final choice “assign me anywhere on campus.” These options are only assigned to students who specifically listed them on their applications.

Couples without Children Housing

All students who applied for Couple without Children Housing by the deadline were given a random number from 0001 to 1000. Students who applied after the Lottery deadline are assigned a sequential number based on the date they apply. (Current students living in Couple without Children Housing who renewed their housing contracts were not given application numbers.)

All couples without children who listed all the housing options, including studios, on their applications were assigned housing. Students who did not list all the housing options and are still unassigned should apply for the next round of Rolling Assignments and expand their preferences. We are adding additional two-bedroom options in the off-campus,subsidized housing apartments for couples and we will continue to receive additional vacancies.

Students with Children Housing

All students with children who applied for housing by the deadline were assigned a random application number from 0001 to 0500. Students who applied after the Lottery deadline are assigned a sequential number based on the date they apply. (Current students living in Student with Children Housing who renewed their housing contracts were not given application numbers.)

All but one student who listed all the housing options on their applications were assigned housing. Students who did not list all the housing options and are still unassigned should apply for the next round of Rolling Assignments and expand their preferences. We will continue to receive additional vacancies.
