Winter Break Closure

For winter break closure, all Undergraduate Housing Service Centers will be closed starting at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 19, and will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, January 5, 2026. Crothers Housing Service Center will open early to accommodate new winter quarter check-ins on Saturday, January 3, and Sunday, January 4, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Mail and Packages

Please note that R&DE Housing Service Centers do not accept any mail or package deliveries for residents. All undergraduate students receive mail and packages through Stanford’s campus mail and package program. Here’s what you need to know:

Addressing Your Mail

All USPS flat mail (letters, cards, DMV, bank, etc.) must be addressed to the Tresidder Package Center using this format and address:

Student First Name & Last Name + SUNet ID
459 Lagunita Drive 
c/o Stanford Tresidder Package Center 
Stanford, CA 94305

Important: All undergraduate students must pick their USPS flat mail from the Tresidder Package Center. Do not address your mail to your campus residential address.

Addressing Your Packages

All packages (from Amazon, UPS, FedEx, online orders, etc.) must be addressed using this format and address:

Lockout Assistance

For Lockout Assistance during regular business hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., contact your Housing Service Center. 

For after-hours Lockout Assistance, contact your Resident Student Leaders. If they are unavailable, you may contact the R&DE CARE Team: (650) 725-1602. The after-hours lockout fee is $45. 

Emergency Maintenance Assistance

If you are experiencing safety or facilities issues such as broken plumbing, power outage, inability to secure a locking door, broken window/glass, etc. that require emergency maintenance or that occur outside of regular Housing Service Center business hours, call: (650) 725-1602.  

For non-emergency maintenance requests, please submit a fix-it request.
