Mail and Packages

To have mail and packages delivered, Graduate Housing residents may do any of the following: 

  • Have them sent to your apartment.*
  • Have your packages delivered to the Graduate Package Center  (GPC)

    If you wish for a package to be held at the GPC, simply address it with your SUNET ID and full first name and full last name, along with the address: 160 Comstock Circle, Stanford, CA 94305, and your packages will be held at the GPC for pick up for 7 days:

  • If more convenient, Munger and Lyman residents can opt to receive their packages at the Tresidder Union Package Center, located at 459 Lagunita Drive, rather than at the GPC location in Escondido Village.

*Please be advised that non-USPS carriers do not have access to apartment buildings. This has resulted in some packages being left in non-secured common areas or not being delivered at all. If you expect to be receiving packages, we advise that you address deliveries to the Graduate Package Center as noted above, which can receive and hold packages for up to 7 days. Housing Service Centers do not accept any US Postal Service mail or package deliveries for residents. For instructions on addressing your packages, pickup times, and other important information, see Mail Delivery and Shipping.


Lockout Assistance

For Lockout Assistance during regular business hours, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., contact your Housing Service Center. 

For after-hours Lockout Assistance, contact the R&DE CARE Team with your request: (650) 725-1602

After-Hours Lockout Fees

  • First occurrence: Free
  • Second and subsequent occurrence: $45

Emergency Maintenance Assistance

If you are experiencing safety or facilities issues such as broken plumbing, power outage, inability to secure a locking door, broken window/glass, etc. that require emergency maintenance or that occur outside of regular Housing Service Center business hours, call: (650) 725-1602
