Enter the annual Housing Assignment Lottery to indicate preferences and apply.
Matriculated and non-matriculated students are assigned based on new student status, degree program and years in housing.
An automated assignment round is held each quarter beginning with an exemption round for student staff and students requiring disability accommodations.
Many of the on-campus options are shared apartments in which you have your own bedroom and share common space with one, two or three other students.
Stanford University's newest graduate residence located in the heart of Escondido Village.
Graduate housing charges usually fall below local area rents and include furnishings, basic utilities — water, heat, electricity, garbage, sewer and coinless/cardless laundry — in the housing rate.
The length of your contract is based on your academic program, category of housing, location of your housing assignment and when you are assigned.
You may cancel your housing or apply for reassignment after you have been assigned.
The residence agreement governs occupancy, conduct and expectations for living in your apartment.
Statistics will be added throughout the year as the assignment rounds are completed.
