Waverley Street Apartments
Waverley Street Apartments are available as a full-year option for single graduate students and couples without children. Furnished by the university, the two-bedroom apartments house two students and the three-bedroom apartment houses three students. Couples without children are assigned to 1-bedroom apartments or 2-bedroom apartments.
Waverley Street Apartments is comprised of three individual buildings in a peaceful residential neighborhood, near Burgess Park in Menlo Park. This property is a few long blocks away from shops and restaurants in downtown Menlo Park. With nearby access to Caltrain and Highways 101 and 280, residents can easily get anywhere from San Francisco to San Jose and the rest of the Bay Area. Waverley Street Apartments is also conveniently located near a bike bridge on Alma Street, connecting Menlo Park to Palo Alto.
Stanford provides high speed internet through Comcast and covers the cost of utilities. Stanford does not provide cable television or telephone.
Sublicensing is not permitted within off-campus subsidized apartments.
