Maintenance Operations and Capital Projects (MCP) is dedicated to exceptional facility stewardship across all Residential and Dining Enterprises (R&DE) facilities, which include housing, dining, hospitality, event, and administrative spaces. Encompassing a $3 billion asset portfolio and spanning 7 million square feet across 300 buildings, MCP’s responsibilities include facility and capital planning, architecture and design management, project and construction delivery, and both corrective and preventive maintenance. Additionally, MCP prioritizes sustainability, occupational health and safety, life-safety systems monitoring, after-hours security, fleet and capital property administration, utilities and waste management, and emergency preparedness.

Our skilled maintenance technicians, facilities and operations professionals, and program management teams provide round-the-clock support, 24/7/365, for over 300 R&DE facilities, serving residents, colleagues, and campus partners. This ensures reliable and comfortable residential and dining experiences, along with efficient operations that optimize resources. Managing a $3 billion asset portfolio spanning 7 million square feet on and off campus, MCP remains steadfast in its commitment to exceptional facility stewardship.
