Maintenance Operations and Capital Projects (MCP) is committed to providing excellence in facility stewardship of all R&DE facilities, including housing, dining, hospitality, and event/administrative, which encompasses a $3B asset portfolio within 7M square feet of space across 300 buildings. This commitment includes facility and capital planning, managing architecture and design, executing project/construction delivery, providing corrective and preventive maintenance, infusing sustainability, safeguarding occupational health and safety, monitoring life-safety systems and after-hours security, administering the fleet and capital property, overseeing utilities and waste programs, and ensuring emergency preparedness.
In support of R&DE’s mission, the Maintenance Operations and Capital Projects (MCP) division is committed to excellence through our facility stewardship. All our highly trained maintenance technicians, facilities and operations professionals, and program management teams provide 24/7/365 support to all 300+ R&DE facilities, its residents, colleagues, and campus partners to ensure reliable and comfortable residential living and dining experiences as well as effective and efficient operations that maximize resources available. With a $3B asset portfolio across 7M square feet of space on and off campus, MCP’s focus on facility stewardship is unwavering.
