Weekly Specials

In November, we're turning up the flavors and have new salad protein herb grilled steak adding flavor to your salad or grain bowl. Weekly special offering Monday - Thursday at the island station. This is in addition to the staff favorites at the grill station and Salad Bar.

Cardinal Café

Cardinal Café's grill station offers lunch on Monday - Friday from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m., with flavorful burgers, grilled sandwiches and sides (including our signature chipotle maple fries). Tuesday - Thursday, the café features weekly specials, a build-your-own salad, grain bowl, and sandwich bar, and pizza by the slice. Enjoy tacos every Tuesday and pho and laksa on Wednesday/Thursday! Vegan and vegetarian options are available.

Cardinal To Go Mini Market

Our Cardinal To Go mini market offers hand-crafted coffees and a variety of loose-leaf teas, breakfast pastries and yogurt parfaits, fresh grab-and-go sandwiches, salads and wraps, energy bars, assorted snacks, bottled beverages, and more. Don't miss our monthly Bake Sale featuring locally-made loaves, pastries, and treats.

Convenient Ordering and Payment Options

We offer convenient self-order kiosks in our location - within the café and Cardinal To Go mini market. Cashier and self-checkout options are also available.

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cardinal Dollars,* and all major credits cards.

Proceeds from R&DE SDHA cafés and markets help offset increases in room and board, and support student programs.
