Glatt Kosher Dining Program

R&DE Stanford Dining, Hospitality & Auxiliaries (SDHA) offers a Glatt kosher meal program in Florence Moore Dining Hall in partnership with students, the Office for Religious & Spiritual Life, Hillel and Residential Education. All meals are prepared and served in our certified Glatt-kosher kitchen under the guidance of R&DE SDHA's Mashgiach and are available at lunch and dinner seven days a week. Continental breakfast items are available in the kosher pantry seven days a week, and many other food items in the dining hall are kosher (see full list here). Florence Moore prepares food for Shabbat dinner  on Friday evenings and brunch and dinner on Saturdays at Hillel. Students are asked to register for Shabbat with Hillel by contacting Leah Newman. Graduate students and post-docs must have an R&DE SDHA meal plan in order to participate in the kosher meal program.
