R&DE Stanford Dining continues to adapt our operations in response to the latest COVID-19 guidance and regulations from the University and Santa Clara County and to focus primarily on the health, security, safety and well-being of our students who are on campus, and that of the dedicated Residential & Dining Enterprises (R&DE) Stanford Dining staff. Dinner: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Saturday - Sunday

Nationally-acclaimed Chef Mai Pham of Sacramento’s Lemon Grass Kitchen and Star Ginger showcases her fresh Southeast Asian cuisine at Wilbur Dining’s Star Ginger. Menus feature the bright flavors of Vietnam, Thailand, and beyond, from hearty authentic Thai curries and grilled meats to fresh, flavorful Vietnamese noodle soups and salads.
